Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view. We also provide tracking numbers for items that we sell through e-mail confirmation of shipping.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you seebefore confirming your order. Please note that some items are drop shipped from the manufacturer's warehouse, which may delay delivery of the item. Such items are so noted in their listings and an estimated delivery time is given. We try to offer several shipping options, when posible.
